2019 Abuja Solemn Assembly Report

OH LORD, ARISE IN YOUR MAJESTY was the theme for this year’s Solemn Assembly. The program was held in Gateway international Church Utako, Abuja main city. The Program kick start with a seminar on Retirement without tears / regret, which was anchored by two speakers within the zone. Pastor Tonbara Frank and Dame Yewande Usman. It was indeed an expository section, which reveals to members, reasons why plan for retirement.

After the talk, time was allowed for contributions, questions and
answers. The Main program commenced immediately with opening prayer and remarks done by a representative from Chevron. The NAOC voices took the stage as they ministered in Powerful praise and worship, also the Arrows (Gospel Singers) gave a special ministration.

Sister Helen Okore a retiree from Agip , (Former Zonal Treasurer) was the Guest Speaker of the day. Assigned members from different chapters took turns to pray for the Nation, the Oil and Gas Industry and the family.

In her remarks, the PICFI National Treasurer Sister Wale Adeyemo who was in attendance, together with Port Harcourt zonal coordinator, Pastor Mike Dawudu admonished members to be more committed in the Zonal activities and also taking evangelism to the next level.

The Closing remarks and Benediction was done by Bro. Emmanuel Bolofinde. It was indeed a great time spent in the presence of the Lord.
